Matt McKillip

Building awareness of Purdue's research capabilities and engagement activities across the state, nation and globally while also growing collaborative research that solves the most pressing challenges of our day. Matt is also a management consultant. In this capacity he is assisting a European software company as it launches its business in North America and helping a high tech start-up as it selects a site to begin operations.

• Develop Katra Healthcare’s OTC and non-clinic nutraceutical and phytochem organization, brands, distribution and channels in the USA. • Start the USA business for Katrasoft • Lead CMS-Katra and expand our services into new markets.

Led and managed all aspects of Municipal Government and the Waste Water Utility. Managed 525 people and a $75 Million Budget. Returned the City to balanced budgets and clean audits every year by spending $14.5 million less that the council budgeted and reducing the growth of government by 7% per yea

Oversaw all areas of operations, sales, marketing, finance, human resources and logistics for Momentum Inc. Started the firm first in Europe and later in the USA.

Helped start the Portuguese subsidiary and manufacturing operation in this new European market for P&G. Recruited staff, led team, built infrastructure from the ground up and was part of leadership team that made the subsidiary profitable in record time.

Worked at World Headquarters in Cincinnati. Managed projects, people and budgets in Procter & Gamble’s largest division, health & beauty care. Specialized in company mergers & acquistions, data management, people management and process improvement.

Worked at World Headquarters in Cincinnati. Performed business and data analysis in the foodservice and lodging products division. Developed interactive database and systems for sales and contact management.
