Recruited by the President to lead the purchasing cooperative through a comprehensive change into a world class supply chain management organization. Primary duty was to investigate the root cause of yearly multi-million dollar inventory write-offs and recommend, champion, and implement the processes and technologies required to fix the underlying issues.

Appointed by the Region General Manager to overlay the existing ERP sales force with the goal of selling supply chain planning and optimization solutions to mid-market manufacturing companies. Primary duties involved working with the C-Level executives of prospect companies to sell the value of supply chain planning solutions and to champion the Supply Chain Value Assessment process.

Recruited to represent the newly acquired Nuemetrix supply chain planning and optimization solutions for manufacturing and distribution companies. Primary duty was to demonstrate and prove the value that software applications would bring to prospects users during a sales campaign.

Hired by a boutique supply chain optimization and network rationalization software and consulting firm. Primary duty was to use a computer modeling tool in order to perform manufacturing and distribution rationalization of global supply chains and recommend optimal solutions to reduce the total costs to serve the customer base.

Primary goal was to implement a Geographic Information System solution and to aid in the outsourcing of a line of business to a third party logistics provider.
