I have been responsible for a team of consultants for our MunichRe business clients. The consultings targeted to develop their market strategies, to improve their business results and their internal operating, especially their pricing, monitoring and product development. The role contains standardisation of our internal processes and enhancement of the consulting unit from pure motor to property. The work covers also the acquisition of new clients and growth of MR premium income.

I was a global consultancy for Pricing in the headquarter in Zürich and responsible for driving the delivery as well as leading the continuous development of Pricing Governance, Technical Price Certification, Pricing Underwriting Reviews and best practises. I worked on Pricing Governance strategy and its execution for Zurich Pricing Units all over the world. I led the projects PnR, CORe, expense allocation and was the representative of the Global Underwriting in the big data-project EDAA.

Die Abteilung ist ein klassisches Pricing-Aktuariat als strategischer Partner des Produktmanagements im Underwriting. Hauptaufgaben sind Tarifkalkulation, Portfolioanalyse, Beitragsanpassung, Produktentwicklung, monatl. Profitabilitätsreporting. Die Pricing-verantwortung erstreckt sich über alle Sparten des Privatgeschäftes mit über 1 MRD Prämienvolumen. Diesem Team stehe ich als Führungskraft von 9 (+1) Mitarbeitern vor. Zudem gehört Projekt- und Performance Management zu meinen Aufgaben.

Konzeption und Aufbau eines aktuariellen Pricings für das Industrie- und Firmenkundengeschäft. Erstellung eines Fachkonzeptes zu Tarifkalkulation industrieller Risiken, von der Datenerfassung über die Modellierung bis hin zu Kosten-Algorithmen, inkl. Prozess-, Dokumentations- und Zertifizierungsvorgaben. Umsetzung des Konzeptes für Haftpflicht-Industrie und Heilwesen. Projektleitung Beitragsanpassung Heilwesen. Betreuung der internationalen Reviews ('PAP-Prozess').

Pricing, Reserving und Financial Monitoring im Zentralaktuariat. Ausbildung zum Projektleiter (Spezialist) und Übernahme der fachlichen Verantwortung für das Pricing. Spartenbetreuung Property im Privat-, Firmen- und Industriegeschäft, Tarifkalkulation, Segmentierungsanalyse, Layer-Pricing und Rückversicherungsoptimierung. Zudem Account Manager Pricing für das Firmengeschäft, insbes. Fachliche Weiterentwicklung, Pricing und Portfoliooptimierung des Firmen-Multiline-Produktes.
