- P/L responsibility - development of the local chemical distribution from 11/2008 onwards as well as implementation of the marketing strategy - positive development of the Brazilian market for the chemical indent business - negotiating long-term commodity contracts for our European distribution with the main player of the Brazilian chemical industry - restructuring of the product portfolio / business and implementing a new marketing strategy - coordination and development of new projects/investments

- development of the European market for the chemical product group “Acrylates” including *negotiations with the Russian supplier regarding long-term contract *negotiations with tank terminals, shipping & trucking companies *visits of European clients in cooperation with Helm’s offices

- purchases ex India, South Corea, Italy, Germany - marketing East Europe - new business development South of Europe and Latin America - new product development (safety syringe + safety IV Catheters) - analyzing, preparing and participating at tenders of humanitarian aid organizations (UN, PAHO, WHO, UNICEF) as well as tenders of African governments

- included leadership responsibility for 50 soldiers - speaker of all Officers of the Reserve of my class - Key skills gained: leadership, organizational excellence, interpersonal skills
