My main responsibilities are in the area of lead generation area, presales and customer relationship. I also represent the company at various fairs and events.

I joined Fortech in May 2010. My main responsibilities are in the lead generation area, customer relationship and pre-sales, but I also represent the company at various fairs and events. I am proud to have been directly involved in developing a procedure which allows answering any request arriving from potential customers in a short period of time. One of the best starting points for a long-term partnership is to show from the beginning that you are reliable company, committed to the customers’ need.

As a PR specialist I worked for different events, mostly cultural, helping them to reach their target and attract the public. I translated various materials, including books about the European Union and its institutional background.

As an assistant manager I was involved in the preparation of monthly, weekly and daily sales figures and financial statistics; I coordinated the Hungarian section of the bookstore. As a marketing assistant I was responsible for the design, coordination and execution of the company’s marketing strategy (including online). One of the main achievements of this period was that we increased sales on the Hungarian section with 40% in a year.

Working as a youth referent, my main duties were to organize youth camps and seminars, to keep contact with youth organizations, etc. During this period I was in active contact with over 1.000 young people.
