Established QA governance and KPI-based test management, increasing test coverage from 0% to over 70% across 200+ business processes. Worked closely with Product and Development to reduce rework by ~50% through structured UAT and acceptance-criteria processes.

System Group – leading private ERP provider in Iran, delivering management, finance, HR, and BI solutions. Designed and executed structured test cases across core ERP modules, coordinated UAT with business stakeholders, and produced clear test documentation and defect reports. Worked closely with Product and Development to clarify requirements and improve testability, reducing post-release defects by approximately 80% and strengthening release reliability.

Chargoon – leading Iranian enterprise software company providing ERP solutions. Conducted requirements analysis, stakeholder workshops, and UML/BPMN modeling (use case, activity, state machine) using Sparx Enterprise Architect, and supported UAT and system rollouts — laying the analytical foundation for later QA and test management roles.

Analyzed and modeled business processes across Contracts, Bidding, Treasury, and Warehouse Management Systems using RUP methodology, delivering TO-BE models for 120+ processes approved by key stakeholders. Facilitated stakeholder workshops, documented business and system requirements, and created use case specs, activity diagrams, and UML models. Supported software rollout and end-user training.
