My task is to improve the quality and timeliness of our deliverables as well as to increase the effectiveness in the reporting process by introducing standard tools and processes for all Fugro offices that report on geophysical projects.

•Project geologist for Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) and conventional geohazard survey in the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil and offshore West Africa. Major responsibilities include data interpretation, core analyses, and report writing. •Perform studies to identify potential man-made and natural hazards or engineering constraints to proposed pipeline and construction activities. •Liaise with clients from the inception of a study to its completion.

•Cable route engineering and determination of cable protection methods (armoring, burial depth). •Quality control of geophysical and geotechnical survey work as onboard client representative.

Thesis: Impacts of remediation and reutilization methods on former industrial sites in the Ruhr district (Ruhrgebiet) on pollutant mobility under special consideration of the groundwater flow.
