DESIGN CONCEPT + STRATEGY - Working closely with a product designer, I use my expertise in communication and user experience design to help bring ideas from beginning stages to a solid workable concept. MICROCOPY - When writing the microcopy I prefer to be involved from very early on. This includes reviewing initial designs and prototypes, so that I can identify any missing elements, places where the user may have some concerns, or flows that may not be as smooth as they can be.

EMAIL MARKETING | CRM | CONTENT STRATEGY - Responsible for the company's email marketing and CRM strategy, I led a project to revise our email marketing strategy. We moved from the distribution of product-focused content to more lifestyle-focused content, and we began tracking email performance through open and click rates. Under the new strategy we were able to achieve an open rate of over 20%.

ADVERTISING and MARKETING Working with a team of creatives, I established client needs, set deliverables and ensured the timely and accurate delivery of creative for brochures, ads, video tutorials, landing pages, newsletters, trade show booths and other advertising and marketing collateral.

My internship at mindwyse was part of the MBA requirements, and it turned out to be a very valuable experience. I gained knowledge and experience in the fields of search and navigation, shop optimization, mutlichannel business strategies, mobile commerce and mobile strategies
