Customer voice monitoring and market(media) research in automotive industry.

Being a research assistant, I made data collection, data analysis, literature research, etc. I was involved in 2 projects, one is the commuting car behavior study project, the other is about cross-river traffic analysis. My analysis result and description became part of the city traffic annual report (2016).

-Inquiries from International suppliers such as offer, delivery time and courier requests -Purchasing tasks such as tendering, ordering goods directly from headmen, order processing, delivery-time follow-ups etc. -Shipment tracking and courier-service administration -Assisting Export sales.

- For the first stage, I was working in the airport. Dealing with some businesses related to import and export. (For example, customs declaration) - For the second period, I was working in the warehouse. In charge of item handling and inventory management.

- receive foreign missions and assistant them with their academic activities and local investigations. - translate and sort relevant documents. - assist arrangements for various conferences.

Main study field - ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) Others: Transportation demand management, Transport modeling, Freight logistics etc.
