Reporting to Director of Marketing and GM. Responsible for 15 team members including entire reactive sales force and reservation. Direct all sales activities for Sales force to ensure they meet the goals of Marketing Plan. Increase occupancy, average rate and profits of the hotel through planning, guidance and training of hotel sales team.

Managing the Sales team of UAE.

To do pre-commercial sales and marketing for new opening centers and to provide sales support for existing centers in Middle East, North Africa and Turkey.

Responsible for daily sales operations and manage corporate market. Involved in hotel full business plan preparations from budgeting to forecasting. Responsible for corporate sales managers. Reporting to Marketing Director.

Managing corporate accounts from various industries,acquiring new accounts, developing and retaining existing account revenues, targeting to generate revenue for both rooms and banquet. Managing 200 active corporate accounts.
