Having proved myself as a consultant I was given added team leader responsibilities with the intent to being fast tracked into a sales manager. I was managing our London office in dual capacity and oversaw the closing prior to former manager leaving, I now lead a team of 6 by myself whilst still carrying out the responsibilities of a consultant. My market knowledge and business development capabilities have given my team a big pool of clients to build from.

I was bought in as a trainee recruitment consultant having recently graduated from University, despite this being my first full year in recruitment I made the most placements in my division, I showcased my ability to learn quickly and adapted to a demanding environment in no time.
