Responsible for developing and coaching continuous improvement projects globally through the Corporate Manufacturing Center of Excellence. Tasked with developing and deploying the Design for Six Sigma program at GLOBALFOUNDRIES FAB8 as part of the new Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification program. In the first class of LSS Black Belt Certifications from GLOBALFOUNDRIES FAB8 and chosen for the first class of LSS Master Black Belt Trainees in GLOBALFOUNDRIES, worldwide.

Responsible for the management and coordination of line yield metrics, process analysis and improvements, and cost reduction efforts at GLOBALFOUNDRIES FAB8. Member of the first class of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications at GLOBALFOUNDRIES.

Responsible for thin films and TSV metrology supporting 28 nm, 20 nm, and 14 nm technology development in the areas of spectral ellipsometry, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray reflectivity (XRR), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), and optical interferometry. Chosen as member of first class of Green Belt and Black Belt trainees at GLOBALFOUNDRIES FAB8.

Research applications of electron beam based analytical techniques to novel nanoscale materials and structures. Develop and implement automation, workflows, and procedures to facilitate research programs in and outside of NIST.

Develop novel materials and synthetic routes for industrial and commercial application. Recruit and supervise undergraduate researchers.

Instruction and supervision of undergraduate chemistry students in lab sessions.

Responsible for assisting in solid oxide fuel cell development by fuel cell fabrication, test assembly design and fabrication, lab space management, and equipment maintenance.

Chair of student senate. Supervisor of student association staff, approximately 20 students. Liaison to College board of trustees. Redrafted student by-laws for more effective and efficient operation of student government.
