Experience of Managing a Team of 20 agents, Fully responsibel for the productivity of the team, Help them achieve their KPI's, people management, Conflict management, Recruitment of people for our process, Conducting interviews to check feasiblity and stability of candidates, on successful screening conducting induction of the new team members into the organisation and into the process.
