Ran the upper-single-digit Mio $ consulting business for the assigned accounts. I developed stories and presentations to convey complex ideas. I was accountable for the project delivery, staffing, team lead and P&L. In close collaboration with the sales team I identified new business opportunities and developed comprehensive proposals on Data Management, Data and Analytics services .

I started at DXC Technology (former CSC) after finishing my master’s degree in business administration. The focus was on managing complex software and IT transformation projects in the intersection business and IT. I have relevant project management experience in transportation, logistics and public sector industry. I led project teams up to 12 members and was accountable for mid-single-digit Mio. $ project budgets. I delivered confident and accurate communication on all levels.

I worked on an innovation project from the initial business idea to the prototype phase focus on how tablet computer could improve the advisory process. I conducted interviews, developed business requirements and wrote user stories. Additionally, I worked on market analyses, implementation partner evaluations and reports to senior management.

I maintained relationships to >50 customers in banking, insurance, trust and industrial sector. Through my consultative and holistic selling approach I could expanded the customer base successfully. I helped companies implementing their IT and telecommunication strategy by providing complex technical services.

I had the responsibility for software and system integration projects in Europe, Asia and North America. My duties included requirements engineering, team leading, project planning, project governance, coordination, on site implementation, go live support and customer training. With my team (10 members) I delivered high quality 24x7 support according to relevant SLAs. I worked on RFI responses, Pre-Sales Engineering challenges and coordinated the offshore project team in Romania.

My first job in a vibrating startup atmosphere after completing computer science studies. As Lead Engineer I installed and configured core-network solutions based on SS7 massaging layer. Prior to onsite installation I prepared and tested the customer specific solutions against the requirements. I programmed in Perl, PHP, Ruby, Shell Script and SQL the components which glued the software to a reliable and high preforming system.
