After I moved through different supervisor positions in DMU1 and two rolled out projects, I have been promoted to a manager position in the Nightshift. Since i changed my position in Amazon, I am responsible for different Kpi's. I report them to different positions inside the Company. As a part of the onroadmanagement I am in charge with many others dispatch related processes too. For example. I give support allday long to our Dispatchers and dive deep into problems to find a long lasting solution. In my position I am used to react quickly on changings, take care on our Business and deliver smiles every day. During the day i observe our dispach, make sure everything is running smooth, take care on customers belongings and help our dispatchers and drivers to enjoy the work . I make sure that every customer is happy at the end of the day.

I was responsible for the operational tasks and the serviceteam during different events. I worked close to the customer and make sure he's happy all the time. I did weddings, company events, birthdays and barbecues with up to 200 people. In this position you need to have the overview about every task, customer belongings and your serviceteam at all time. i was coordinating up to 12 servicestaff and the cateringteam.

During the first 4 years i was a fighting soldier, with 189 days in Afghanistan. After my foreign assignment i moved to the german Airforce for my last 4 years of serving. I became Shiftmanager very fast, after just 4 months of service there. I was responsible for up to 4 servicestaffs and 3 cooks . As a leader in the army you need to be a organisation talent , you need to react quickly to changes and lead your team as a role model.
