Leading a team of project professionals (PMs, PMOs, Agile Coaches, etc.) to successfully deliver IT Transformation Projects for Munich RE's Underwriting and Claims Business Units (Non-Life). This includes the coordination of Munich RE's largest IT Project Investment Cluster and some of its biggest individual projects/programs. Continuously delivering value by improving overall Delivery/Best Practices and realizing synergies across a portfolio of more than 25 international projects.

Responsible for the continuous transformation of Munich RE's most important Underwriting Applications ("Underwriting Platform") by coordinating multiple, agile projects. The Platform is used by the entire global Reinsurance Organization (Non-life) and covers all risks and classes of business within. The products support the entire Underwriting Lifecycle. The platform is Munich RE's main source of portfolio information, individual treatment of risks and mass business handling.

Deliver "Front Office Program" to enable growth, improve efficiency and maximise customer service of our client facing functions. Responsible for leading the Claims aspect of all IT, process and change implementation projects worldwide. Also responsible for the transformation of several Underwriting Lines of Business.

Managing the day-to-day activities of the Chief Operations Office and streamlining behind-the-scenes activities. * Ensuring smooth collaboration with other CxOs * Preparing and editing C-level correspondence, reports and presentations * Supporting COO in option evaluation and decision making; acting as deputy in meetings * Tight collaboration with senior management of COO departments (e.g. IT, Organizational and Business Transformation, etc.) * Drive COO Cost Center Budgeting Process
