Inventing highly creative and industry unknown sales offers to challenge and gain an advantage against main competitors.
Management Level: 1st Line Leader. P&L Responsibility: 1 branch and a team of 12 (Key-)Account Managers in Germany South/Bavaria. Main Goals: pushing successfully the regional business and key-accounts from #4 in 2007 back to #1 in Germany within 1 year. Driving especially all sources for recurring revenues like rental, leasing and service to the maximum. Changing the existing team-mentality in direct sales from a reactive to a proactive and pipeline driven one.
