- Led global engineering for Animal Health Product Supply (AH PS), managing technical support for international production sites. - Accountable for planning, controlling, and adhering to CapEx budgets for AH PS. - Established a CAPEX portfolio management system, achieving annual budget adherence of +/-5%. - Managed multiple greenfield and brownfield projects, including a EUR 26m Seresto production facility in Germany and a EUR 16m production plant in Vietnam.

- Led commissioning and qualification with a interdisciplinary team of internal and external experts for the large scale invest sterile fill-finish (SFF2) expansion (budget of EUR 500m), ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness. - Developed C&Q standards and SOPs, streamlining validation processes.
