Part of the Management Team of the second biggest division within Leica, with double digit growth rates and around 300m EUR in sales. • Full divisional P&L responsibility. Initiating & delivering margin, cost and EBIT improvements. • Business partner to R&D, Procurement, Product Management, Operations and Sales • Leading and mentoring a team of accountants and business controllers in the regions, but also to manage day-to-day financial transactions.

In this role I’m a strategic advisor to the regional president and provide sound financial counsel in support of business decisions and performance. I’m actively involved in evaluating new initiatives, support long term business growth for the whole Asian organisation. We are charting the future directions of the organisation, including inorganic growth initiatives. As a key member of the management team, I’m actively involved in strategic business decision-making.
