I was hired as a sourcer for EMEA region, responsible for senior IT and technical consultant positions. There were some organizational changes made, so now I am responsible for requisitions coming from P&I department, including only technical positions. Furthermore, I act more like a recruiter now, meaning that I am responsible for active and passive candidates and for the whole recruitment process, including having kick-off and follow-up calls with the hiring managers.

Clients consisted of middle-sized to large corporate companies in various industries and fields, for example aero industry (SITA AERO), industrial automation (Rockwell), digital security (Gemalto, which is the biggest manufacturer of SIM cards and expert in securing personal devices and ID documents) and web development.
I was providing new career challenges to professionals in IT Security. I was working with senior recruiters where we divided requisitions according to our current capacity and followed the same goal - lead the whole recruitment process.
