CarNext by Leaseplan
Succesfully implementing the carefully developed retail network strategy, leading to 45 CarNext Used Car stores end of 2019. These stores realize a pure B2C used car sales volume of 39.600 units Succesfully executed the Pan-European Multi Language CarNext Onboarding Program, directly contributing to B2C sales with a robust NPS score of 73 (a unique high score in the automotive retail segment).
