- Coordination between departments and creative team for the capture and rendering of product images and data. - Elements then treated and diffused to appropriate parties to be displayed across multi channels of the bussines. - Ensure the accurate and timely collection of data for products ranged for retail. Responsible for the accurate collation and entry of the data into a Content Management database.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the company’s reference files; log, track and monitor work as well as produce statistical analysis for regular review. Establish and maintain relationships with Buying Units and other data providers to maximise the timeliness and integrity of data.

Liaise with Interstate / International Support Partners in regards to quality and up keep of support service. Response, logging and follow up of all client support calls from initial fault finding to escaltion to technicians. Actioning Price comparisons and raising P/O for approved requisitions. Track Shipments as per delievery schedules. Stock management and allocation. Preparation of goods for international/national freighting.
