Mike joined Cellence Plus in July 2016 to lead their internal research capability. With experience in a broad range of geographies and role profiles, Mike is well placed to recruit for executive roles whether they're operational, technical or strategic.

Mike is a Consultant in Granger Reis’ Interim Practice, specialising in the Mining, Energy and associated heavy equipment sectors. Mike has experience placing senior executives and technical staff both in the UK and internationally, with completed assignments in Europe, Africa, North and South America. In his current role, Mike draws upon his experience in permanent executive search to place Senior Executives and Interim Managers into the Mining, Energy and Industrial industries
