I was an important liaison between the Nokia R&D centre and 3rd party companies. I did some actual software integrations, organised 3rd party applications’ test sessions, designed test cases, performed actual software testing, analysed results and created test reports. My job profile was a combination of software coordinator, application manager and test manager. Software flashing and factory quality visits were parts of the role and it also included management of a small group of testers.

I worked as global Advanced Application Support (3rd tier) in the Demand Supply Planning -area and I supported the i2 Demand Planner -software globally. I solved database problems, tested new software releases and aided communication between the key-users and the software creation team. I was independently responsible for a large group of end users. I also defined SLA targets with our internal customers. Internal job rotation move to Nokia Germany.

Technical documents for customers.

I managed important customer contacts, gave technical support information to our customers and I made offer calculations as well. I gave training globally to our customers and I developed the training material by myself. One task was to write technical documents for our products (Power supply systems for telecommunication requirements). Short periods also in Switzerland Bern.
