Among my responsibilities counted mostly whole recruitment process consists of creating job offers, preselection of candidates´ CVs, telephone interviews, face to face behavioral interviews, reference calls, language and personality testing and giving feedback for clients and candidates. Since December 2013 I have a certification of Outplacement Consultant, certified by Right Management (brand of Manpower).
