Developed a Strategy and Work Plan in cooperation with German consulting Institute ICON covering all development dimensions of the CoE. Co-developed new 8-month technician-level training program in Solar PV . Trained specific modules in PV to engineers. Acted as key focal point with Renewable Academy for trainings implemented in PV and Solar Thermal as well as international companies training local trainers on the use of new solar energy technology and training devices.

Provided soft skills trainings for unemployed students in various fields. Created connections with potential employers and matched students with employers.

Designed large- and small-scale PV systems in various locations across Jordan. Supervised and installed many PV systems for households and public entities.
