Project Scope & Goal: Led a 6-month strategic project to produce an investor-ready business plan that enabled full funding for a pharmaceutical company’s market entry in Germany. Adaptive Planning & Team Execution: Directed a co-located cross-functional team through tight timelines using rolling wave planning, adjusting deliverables as requirements evolved.

Agile Transformation & Strategy: Pioneered a hybrid agile-waterfall framework, presenting the new methodology to C-level leadership to gain buy-in for a more adaptive approach to project delivery. Project Portfolio & Scope: Directed the complete project lifecycle for a €2M, 4-unit residential development, while also managing a portfolio of 3 other high-end projects, including villas and commercial interiors. Lifecycle Management & Team Coordination: Managed the flagship project through 4 distinct phases , leading and coordinating cross-functional teams of 10+ contractors and specialists. Scheduling, Risk & Change Control: Developed and maintained the master project schedule, implemented.

Facility Design & Delivery: Led the design and planning of a 2,500+ m² GMP manufacturing facility designed to produce 3 million units/year across 7 production lines. Regulatory & Audit Success: Ensured 100% compliance with GMP, local authority, and international partner standards, securing full facility licensing on the first inspection. PM Framework Implementation: Partnered with C-level leadership to build a company-wide project management system using a waterfall model.
