Enterprise software installation, consultation and support for various utilities and mining companies in various countries. Specific focus for my role is on mobility solutions.

Manage and oversee the overall business operations as well as introducing and implementing information technology systems and policies to best manage the company from a financial, operations and human resource perspective around the local, import and export trade of various petrochemical products.

Ensure high quality and reliable software solution testing within the Vodacom QA (Quality Assurance) and production environments specific to most top-up and prepaid services within the environment for South Africa, and Lesotho.

Main focuses included project management, business analysis, desktop/web/mobile application development and QA software testing all focused on enterprise resource planning as well as customer relationship management solutions.

I headed and partook in prepaid and top-up services project planning, project deployments, project implementations, server system setups, end to end system support, and database administration on Vodacom’s QA and Production platforms for South Africa, Lesotho, Mozambique and the DRC.

Setting up new and troubleshooting existing system setups, support on the system, implementation and running of go-live processes and procedures within the automotive industry.
