Develop analysis methods of the flight data to identify potential safety risks. Create and provide customized feedback to crew members concerning their performance according to the SOP. Create reports for stakeholders to support their risk management responsibilities. Collaborate with operational departments to develop risk mitigating safety actions based of flightdata. Manage the introduction of new fleets to FDMP including the review of airworthiness limitations, SOP and validation of data frame.
