I've been actively involved in providing both technical and managerial support to Middle East Transmission projects, ensuring they meet their targets with high quality and punctuality. My responsibilities extended to supporting DU Projects in the United Arab Emirates, where I led the Huawei acceptance team to achieve Microwave acceptance and billing within the stipulated SLAs. My leadership was pivotal in enhancing integration and implementation processes.

• Handled MW team to achieve new MW, and modernization target to enhance customer network's availability • Led integration team to ensure quality/ standard of integration and service creation for new sites • Setup network database, automated network connectivity to ease network handover to operation team • Ensured closing all contracted delivery units within SLA

Deliver the enterprise service for MTNs business customers. Ensure achieving TX planning target within SLA. Planning for MW and PMP links.Work hand on hand with MTN departments to ensure free capacity and stability for solutions provided to customers. Setup for process needed to ensure smooth workflow between planning, implementation, and service creation teams. Supervision and reporting for TX planning transition progress between MTN and Huawei.

Support MTN's Operation team in TX network optimization and clearance. Coordinate with with Planning, ROT and FM teams to clear TX network from alarms. Analyze TX network alarms and highlight root causes. Coordinate with MTN's planning team to enhance optimization actions effectiveness. Provice recommendation for change management process to maintain clear TX network.
