- Development of curtain airbag for occupant protection as Resident Engineer for OEM. - Project management activities to achieve the development goals for the components in terms of quality, deadlines, costs and performance from concept phase up to production. - Trim design supervision (all components interacting with the airbag deployment)

- Design - Feasibility Study - Testing of Electronic Systems (3D Camera) for occupant recognition and gesture control. - Development of electronic sensors in seat for occupant detection as Resident Engineer for OEM. - Project management activities to achieve the development goals for the components in terms of quality, deadlines, costs and performance from concept phase up to production. - Seat design supervision (all components interacting with the sensor)

- Preparing the car for the crash test: sensors installation, material and component supply. - Post Crash Test Analysis of the car's structural performance in synergy with retention systems. - Maintain technical status through presentations and meetings and report critical issues to OEM management.

- Analysis of the environmental impact of an electrically driven commercial vehicle (LCV) with innovative lithium-free batteries. - Fulfillment of the standard ISO 14040/44 "Life Cycle Assessment". - Build up a kinematic model of vehicle simulating a real energy consumption. - Drawing up a final report on possible ecological risks and weaknesses and potential for optimization.
