Mohammad Barkhordari

I am a Doctoratet student in Construction Engineering and Management. my thesis is about "The effect of Agility on the success of projects ". After Bachelor graduation, I worked as a project Controler and the Director of the Project Management Office. During this time, I was able to obtain the PMP® (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Fundation respectively. Moreover, I have been teaching for about four years; Teaching "Principles of leadership" and "Project Control" and "Material of Building" to Civil Engineering undergraduate students at Islamic Azad University and "Project Management" courses at several companies and governmental sector. Specialties: Traditional & Agile Projects Management, Risk Management, Business Analysis 10+ years of work experience as PMO manager, contracts manager, project controller, project coordinator and risk analyst at owner and contractor companies active in ICT, IT, R&D and Construction in Iran
