Held final technical/product decision authority, directed a multi-vendor team, and managed a dedicated cloud infrastructure budget. Built the platform's full data layer, reporting, and automation. Cut per-transaction cost 96% and delivered $31M in savings. Won the WFP Innovation Accelerator Award 2026.

Led country-wide digital transformation for WFP's Rohingya crisis response, one of the world's largest humanitarian operations. Owned digital attendance, complaints/feedback, agriculture, nutrition and emergency registration systems. Served 6 cumulative months as acting Head of Digital Solutions, leading a 38-person unit with full budget authority. Solo-built a SugarCRM automation platform and secured approval for ACAMIS, WFP's attendance tracker. Lifted partner adoption from 20% to 80% in 12 months.

Led information management for WFP's Site Management Engineering Project, a $250M+ joint WFP/IOM/UNHCR humanitarian construction programme. Solo-designed and built MERT end-to-end, a first-principles platform with automated email/in-app notifications, scaling it to the shared tool for a 3-agency, 15+ NGO effort (55 users). Managed 3 direct reports, served as Information Management focal point for 12 engineers, and used consumption data to mediate cross-agency resource disputes.

Reviewed RFPs/RFQs and financial models for $3B+ infrastructure projects (Laldia Terminal, Jhilmil) at Bangladesh's Public Private Partnership Authority, under the Prime Minister's Office. Worked within a PRINCE2-aligned government governance approach, conducting feasibility, gap and SWOT analysis to support decision-making. Negotiated project timelines directly with government counterparts and technical engineering teams, and managed a research intern supporting financial modeling and analysis

Analyzed multi-outlet retail sales data (petrol stations, convenience stores, car wash) at Illywood Pty Ltd, delivering a location-specific inventory strategy that drove a 16% retail revenue uplift. Produced financial modeling and forecasting reports on sales and cash flow. Supported acquisition of a franchise and two rental properties, providing price-range and ROI analysis that directly informed negotiation strategy. Built standardized Excel/Word/PowerPoint templates for internal reporting.

Managed a cybersecurity-unit project at Expedia delivering real-time intrusion detection and automated account lockout for subsidiary brands. Acted as Scrum Master, business analyst and stakeholder communications lead, running daily ceremonies and sprint documentation. Gathered requirements from the Product Owner and partner stakeholders across Australia and the US, presenting sandbox findings to support security decisions.
