Serving in a dual-role located in Switzerland, I was responsible for leading the integrated strategic marketing for the EMEA region, leveraging cross-functional and country-level resources and teams as needed. Primary countries of focus: UK and Ireland, France, Switzerland, Germany, Russia and Norway.

I manage B2B campaigns and messaging, Product Marketing, and Brand Management for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) practice of Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group. BPO has six focus areas: Clinical and regulatory, scientific and laboratory, IT, engineering, supply chain and back office/administration.

Led development and execution of tactical and strategic communications plans to further brand awareness, including advertising direction and product positioning, particularly those developed for military and OEM/ISV markets - Continually promoted to assume additional responsibilities from the original manager position to include media relations, media purchasing negotiations and budget management that expanded the initial manager assignment.

Led cross functional teams to execute events and tradeshows, marketing campaigns, Web development, Web content, advertising, product collateral, product launch campaigns, corporate templates, business cards, social media, internal communications, community relations, and general corporate communications functions.

Supported corporate, marketing and advertising efforts of Tier-One motor vehicle supplier though web development, design and animations of corporate external site, South American regional site and North American joint venture external sites
