* Application analysis and design * Analyze user needs and provide recommendations as needed * Development of web and mobile applications using (Angular,Node, C#, Java, Android) * Managing the software build, release and deployment process * Working closely with production managers to design and create custom tooling and reports to accommodate production needed

* Development of Games and other VR, AR application * Programming and maintaining applications in C#, Java, JavaScript and also using MySQL along with REST, SOAP for various platform deployments of the application * Generating Game scripts and creating GDD, user manuals, operating guides and reference manuals for deployment of game in different platforms (Android, Ios, Windows, Oculus) * Testing the project in its different evolving stages , fixing bugs and other technical problems

* Design, implement and maintain java application phases * Provide technical support and consultation for java application and infrastructure questions * Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed * Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established process

* Technical support for Dell branded devices for software related issues through Siebel ticketing system * Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Dell software and hardware issues * Helping customers fixing any IT related issues through regular follow ups and instant 2nd and 3rd level Services * Focusing on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards
