I was responsible for projects and development of global solutions within recruitment and onboarding processes. We collaborate with hiring managers on regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs in Poland, Sweden, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland. Moreover I'm responsbile for: - Maintaining recruitments in Oracle Taleo Cloud Service, - Developing and updating job offers, - Sourcing and recruiting candidates - Working in Agile methodology

Employer branding external and internal communication. Building employee profile on Linkedin. Internal events coordinator. Employee representative on job fairs. Preparing the job offer visualisation. Cooperation with the University of Gdańsk and students associations.

Additional activities during studies: 1. Student Scientific Association of Accountancy "Audytor" at the University of Gdańsk 2. Students' Government Board of the Faculty of Management, University of Gdańsk
