Part-time job in parallel with master’s degree course. Assisting with planning, coordinating and monitoring the execution of services, performing quality control and controlling documentation. Currently responsible for performing lack reviews of inished apartments and for managing buyers’ lack reviews. Project: V-Husene.

One-week internship in a construction company, assisting two project managers in multiple residential building projects.

Coordinated more than 20 trades in the construction of four eleven-stores buildings. Ensured that all assigned work was completed within the agreed schedule, budget and quality standards. Reported project progress to senior managers and developed customer relationship skills, advising during the construction and handover phase. Project: Harmonia Jabaquara.

Part of the team in charge of producing bids for tender processes. Responsible for calculating quantities of materials and man-hours through drawings in AutoCad and specifications. Consulted and negotiated prices with subcontractors and suppliers. Lead technical visits and took part into negotiation meetings with clients.

Assistance in quantity surveying, developing bids for construction and renovation projects.

Specialisation in Management in the building industry. Currently writing my final thesis in collaboration with Skanska within the theme: "How to promote better project collaboration: exploring the use of Lean, IPD and BIM."

Topics attended include Life Cycle Assessment, Energy Renovation of Buildings, DGNB and Sustainability in Engineering. In parallel I completed an intensive German course for international students.

Five years engineering education with specialization in project management and construction. Recognized in Denmark as a professional bachelor (diplomingeniør). Thesis theme: Analysis of applications of lean thinking in construction companies in Brazil.
