In charge of special growth & acquisition projects as a part of the growth team. Owning a large variety of projects such as PPC initiatives, affiliation, growth hacking, partnerships, email marketing, influencer marketing, Fiverr's referral program etc.

Established the two main business development departments of the company- media sales, and publishers business development. Along with my business development teams, I've worked with over 300 direct advertisers and publishers, analysing their business models, and offered the company's products as solution to their profit model challenges.

Built A successful sales department & created strategic work & goal plans. Recruited other managers to build 2 more departments, a Marcom manager and more. Managed a sales department of over 10 people, operating in various digital advertising fields such as online advertising, mobile advertising and video advertising. A strategic management member dealing with other aspects of the business such as Business development, Marketing, HR, cross department syncing etc.

- Building DMG's sales team (the department begun with me as its single-man force). - Recruiting and training sales managers and team leaders. - A part of DMG’s high management, alongside to the company’s directors, VPs and CEOs.
