Monitoring the Network through Zenos. • Raise Incident with BT, Verizon, Fast Web, SFR for any network-specific issue. • Working on the Incident Cases raised by the users directly or through help desk for networks. • Troubleshoot network related issues reported for either some router/switch replacements. • To sort out the network issues within the SLA time limit and as per the process defined by client

Maintaining Lease lines and co-ordinates with various service providers. • Implement and maintain Cisco Routers and Switches. • Monitoring and recording network traffic through Inter mapper. • Log tickets with service providers BT, Airtel, Verizon. • Take follow up with service providers for any major incident opened.
