2G/LTE (ZTE & Huawei) KPI analysis and taking necessary steps for meeting yearly/quarterly targets. Network performance monitoring and fine tuning of BSS parameters. 4G Worst cells optimization to improve ZTE land major KPIs. Parameter consistency check and parameter discrepancy correction. Data Visualization & Communication through data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI. Identification of Customer Behavior, Customer Demographics and Network Optimization using QGIS.

L1800 layer addition done on around 600 sites through Zmail tool. Scripting for sector addition on top of running site for 850 layers. Troubleshooting of errors in XMLs using WebAdmin tool to ensure smooth activation. Optimization activities contains monitoring/rectification of major ZTE LTE KPIs on daily basis for all newly integrated RO sites for example RRC-RAB Success rate, ERAB drop rate, Intra/Inter HOSR, CSFB Success rate, Throughputs, etc. through NetAct

Benchmarking and sharing PRE/POST KPIs with customer of major ZTE 3G/LTE KPIs after RO of new sites. Traffic balancing between 3G carriers through soft and physical parameters. Overshooting analysis of 3G U900 carrier, proposing redesigning i.e. E-Tilts/Azimuths changes and benchmarking the impact.

Monitoring issues related to QOS like CDR, HSR, CSSR, TCH and SDCCH blocking and give recommendations to meet desired KPIs. Daily highlights containing network Performance Report for degraded hardware and RF KPI's with improvement action plan. Worst cells analysis (average & busy hour) and providing recommendation to achieve desired KPI. Neighbor auditing & planning using Map Info tool to improve HSR for the region

Responsible for monitoring Daily Statistics of assigned BSC. Traffic balancing DCS/E_GSM band through Access, handover and Physical parametric tuning. TCH /SDCCH re-dimensioning, FR/HR parametric tuning, Idle/dedicated mode parameters tuning & Physical redesign to cater TCH/SD blocking. Frequency re-tuning & neighbor audit to remove co-channel and adjacent channel interference using ZTE UniPos CNO V12.40 & MCOM 4.2.0 tools to improve DCR, HOSR & RxQual.
