Topic: Manufacturing Tolerance Influence on the Switching Behavior of Power MOSFETs Tasks: - Switching delay investigation in output voltage of an inverter due to MOSFET manufacturing tolerances. - Simulation & modelling of three phase inverter with suitable gate driver circuit. - Sensitivity analysis of manufacturing tolerance influence. - Hardware measurements of inverter for validation of results. - Post-processing of measurement data using MATLAB.

Tasks: - Test bench automaion for DC/DC converter testing using ECU-Test environment. - Development of automated test routine for the execution of DC/DC test cases. - Development of post-processing scripts using Python for evaluation of measurement data. - Creation of automated test procedures. - Formulation of test reports after data analysis.
