Being a team lead for 11 people helped in creating the IEC (International Equipment Catalogue) for Sharemac’s platform. Further categorized 32,000 different equipment models and worked on the improvement of the catalogue. Creating and handling databases of customers was also an integral part of the job description.

As supply chain manager provided support in optimising in bound and out bound logistics operations and cut down the operational cost by 15 percent in two years. Reduced the procurement costs by 10 percent through negotiations and development of long-term business partnerships. Analysed customer data and provided strategic business plans to senior management.

Provided optimal solutions to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain network, inbound and out bound logistics operations, and procurement for several huge projects. As a project lead played a significant role in strategic planning, ensured smooth project execution within the defined scope and continuous monitoring of projects.

Design and develop the supply chain network across the national and regional warehouses. Introduce new strategies to ensure optimal utilisation of resources and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics operations throughout the country. Responsible for overseeing the procurement, warehousing and asset management functions within IFRC programmes.
