Contributions in the following areas are part of my job. • Proactively ensuring high availability of critical functions, take corrective actions to prevent or minimize errors or even system down times. • Provide the application support toward installation, maintenance of the applications patches and the new releases as directed. • Provide application performance tuning and continuous integration. • Enablement of Taxation Payment Country wide Pakistan.

Contributions in the following areas are part of my job. * Handling the critical flaws/bugs in the products and maintain fixes/release tracking and ensure the release's effect on the overall system and ongoing projects. * Managing several clients both domestically (Meezan Bank Limited,, JS Bank Ltd , Summit Bank Ltd and Habib Bank Pvt Ltd) and abroad (Invest trust Bank Zambia ,Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited and few ) and fostering effective relationships in terms of services and support.
