• Design and implementation of a modular and scalable electro-thermal network model for battery packs using Python. • Ensuring an accuracy of up to 1 Kelvin in predicting mean temperature values. • Validation of the network model through comparison with measurement data. • Establishing a foundation for prototyping and future battery pack development.

• Accelerated the development process by conducting proactive FMEA and RCA, enabling early identification and resolution of potential faults. • Planning and managing activities including schedule, resources, cost negotiations and communicating status to relevant stakeholders to ensure the team meets requirements of safety, quality, and cost. • Planning and managing testing activities of functional components with representatives from testing, quality, design and vendors.

• Led a team of 8 multidisciplinary engineering students for the design, development and testing of a 34.5 KWh battery pack for DICE EV. • Progressed through 7 different CAD models with major concept changes to meet the SAE standards and packaging constraints. • Carried out structural analysis for different load cases to achieve a Factor of Safety of 4. • Optimized battery cell cooling system to achieve maximum performance for Pakistan's hot weather (55°C).
