Based in Germany to expand the decentralized power business in Turkey and the Middle East • Providing multinational clients complete energy solutions to cover their need for heating, cooling, steam and power generation • Leading close collaboration with the project management and O&M team in the HQ • Responsible for the strategy, P/L, planning and execution of the business in the region

The Viessmann Group is expanding its business in four directions: heating, cooling, steam and power generation. With the latest investment into this product categories the regional focus has changed to the emerging markets. My responsibility is to expand the business to this markets.

Responsible for Middle East and Northern Africa Markets. Located in Dubai to establish the new sales network of Viessmann. Started Greenfield operations, responsible for project sales, established distribution channels, established sales, aftersales and marketing team. Won projects in Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunesia, Iran, India.

The role covered Viessmann heating and cooling equipment sales with a distributor networlk and project sales team in Turkey and neighbour markets reporting to Managing Director and Export Manager in Germany headquarter.

Reporting to MD, responsible for the sales of heating and air conditioner products for hotels, residential and commercial buildings and municipality projects in in Istanbul. Increased annually turnover by 30% per year.
