Worked on several new concepts, Feasibility study, Test setups, Noise optimized Design, Mechanisms & New Products design for the future market needs. Filed 3 European & 2 US patents. India: Design, Development & Supply of Seatbelt application products to all major OEM’s in India. Working closely with Business Unit on RFQ’s in arriving at optimized cost, strategizing various concepts ensuring a good profit margin

Product development of Boiler Controller Unit (Plastic enclosures) which involves conceptual to production stage, submitted Invention report on Light guide & Strain relief concepts

The second project involved the creation of Casting, machining models & manufacturing drawings for Frames, cylinders, Distance piece, Crankshaft, Connecting Rod etc. of Reciprocating compressors. The first project Involved Re-engineering & creation of Welding, Machining models & manufacturing drawings for structural components like Bedplate, Frame Box, Galleries & Functional components like Scavenging Air Receiver, Exhaust Receiver, Air cooler, piping systems etc, for 2 stroke diesel engine like 8K80MC-C
