I'm responsible and committed to build competitive IT and Operational infrastructure by means of implementing business systems, researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency that are abreast with and ahead of the industry, helping us generate IP and create secure platforms. In broad terms, my role covers, but not limited to, administering all spheres of planning and implementation for Business Continuity, negotiating Vendor deals, planning and controlling change.

Managed Business Support Systems (CRM) and Operations Support Systems (Cramer) projects for Telstra (AU), Vodafone (NL & UK), Virgin Media (UK), CNT (Ecuador), KPN (NL), Telefonica (Argentina) by providing solution, consulting and training support to clients in their geographies. It involved assessing Risk with Dev & Design teams, first-level consultation for business solution, mitigating conflicts and escalations, conducting workshops, ensuring Client Success at all costs & levels, Demo for C-Level.

• Worked on Strata® Enterprise, a decision management solution by CGI. • Conducted reviews with onsite test Co-coordinator for defect resolution and status update on daily/weekly basis.

• Worked on NIVR (Network Interactive Voice Response) system of Northern American (NA) Cards, Citibank and ensured that it is robustly tested before it is introduced to end-users. • Preparation of the Acceptance plan & Exit Report for multiple releases. • Analysis of test requirements & effort estimation, preparation of GAP analysis & traceability matrix.

• Worked horizontally on continuous development and maintenance of Mainframes Legacy Systems of Barclays, UK. • As part of the core team, was responsible to conduct integration tasks for Barclays Direct Data (BDD) system which catered to Mortgage Loan Services (MLS) by adoption of new routing-recording method of transactions.
