• Provide project plans, managing budget, resources, task dependencies, risk assessment and mitigation plans • Drive continuous improvement of project processes – methodology templates and best practices based on lessons learnt from projects. • Engage with CEMEA Sales and Account teams to identify and drive account growth opportunities providing thought leadership and business intelligence on client operations and decisions to enhance the quality of Customer Relationship.

• Support in designing strategic projects and operational KPIs for the HR, Admin and Procurement departments. • Overseeing the planning and execution of the strategic projects and operation plans with alignment to Etisalat business plan, operation excellence, corporate culture and engagement attributes. • Supervise and evaluate entire analytical reports and related dashboards to support Decision Making. • Ensure project’s deliverable quality and assess activities effectiveness according to best practices.

• Manage, track, and report on the financial (Revenue, Costs, Margin) aspects for all assigned projects in Germany. • Assign team resources and maintain resource capability across the project. • Identify Project risks and mitigate appropriately. • Ensure that the project remains within agreed scope and quality. • Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders and report successful delivery of projects.
