 My responsibilities are for ensuring that Electric Portfolio Management exceptions where as there are settlements and billing issues, are resolved in an accurate and timely manner, by using all available systems such as SAP, DTS, ICS, IB, Flow Tracker, NHHDC, and ECOES.  It is important that as I am dealing with a customer account that the work I carry out is precise so that the customer experience is excellent and the customer is put first in line with the critical behaviors.
