I am currently a mentor for the GIS Program that is offered through Coursera by UC Davis.

Responsible for advising clients in regards to their insurance needs, and answering any questions or concerns they may have. Currently trained to issue and maintain automobile insurance, high risk auto insurance, home and tenant insurance, and travel insurance policies. Responsible for the retention of home policies (renewal & NSF calls), following up on homes under construction, as well as looking into auto policies in order to provide the best value coverage for clients.

Responsible for servicing fleet units, and trailer maintenance (axles, diffs, alignments, wheel seals). Minor electrical, grease jobs, fleet inspections and repairs. Odds and ends repair and maintenance jobs on the fleet vehicles.

Assisted pipe fitters on site with various tasks, including, bolt up, transporting materials to and from site, operating a small picker truck, site clean up, moving pipelines on supports using come-alongs and pulleys, assembling pipelines and valves, taking measurements of pre-existing pipelines, filling out safety paperwork, facility demolition, insulation removal and clean up, unbolting and disassembling pipes, valves and support structures.

Assisted designated welder on site with various tasks, including, constructing hoardings, stocking and passing welding rods, grinding and buffing welds, rotating and moving pipes and ironwork, tacking pipes together, cleaning up site, packing and unpacking welding truck, filling out safety paperwork.

Worked in a heavy duty mechanic shop performing tasks including: packing & inventorizing cores for return; inventorizing parts & lubricants; maintaining shop & yard cleanliness; picking up & delivering parts, materials & equipment; operating bobcat; assisting mechanics on jobs; oil changes; detailing & washing vehicles; lubricating wheel bearing & changing tires on tractor trailers; prepping units to be worked on; filled out and filed various paperwork; changed A/C valves.
